The Six Water Well Ranch of GormanThis is a 148.28 acre +- coastal place plus 30 acres of oak woods for hunting, just outside Gorman. Deer were moving in the mature oak woods the morning of our first visit.There are 6 water wells plus 2 stock tanks. One of these stock tanks can be filled by the water well nearby in times of drought (poly line and electricity already in place).The ranch is cross-fenced into two coastal pastures plus one small hay trap. You have direct access to paved FM 2689 plus a second entrance up a dirt lane coming in from the south side of the ranch.There are also wheel pivot risers along one pasture boundary in unknown condition (not used by this owner).
